First Sabbatical Post - General Itinerary

Here's a general outline of our trip beginning in a few days.

November 1: Arrive in Quito, Ecuador

November 3 : Arrive in Galapagos Islands

November 11: Return to the mainland to tour Quito and the Ecuadorian Andes Mountains.

November 14 : Arrive in Lima, see the Nazca Lines, spend a few days on an Amazon adventure

November 21: Continue in Peru, visit the rainforest, Cuzco, Machu Pichu, Pisac Market, hot springs, Lake Titicaca, and Taquile Island.

December 1 Fly out of Peru

December 2 Arrive in Patagonia in Chile (Torres del Paine) and tour the park for a few days.

December 6 Arrive in Buenos Aires. Tour the city, spend a few days at a cattle ranch.

December 11 Arrive in Montevideo, Uruguay.

December 13 Arrive at Iguassu Falls.

December 15 Begin the journey back to the US.

December 16 Arrive in Charleston, SC.  Tour Charleston then spend a week in Myrtle Beach.

December 25 Arrive in Columbus, OH for a holiday visit with relatives.

January 3 Back to school/work, probably quite exhausted.
